Chose iCloud library in ios10 iPhone

I Have a large music library in iCloud from itunes on my mac but I cannot see all the music in my iPhone. I recall there was a way to select a different library on the phone but can seem to find it anywhere. Any ideas?

nb - have tried to switch off iCloud music and then replacing on phone to no success.
